Dalekovod Group's revenue jumps 32%

Dalekovod Group's Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA) in 2015 totalled HRK 116.9 million, following a loss of HRK 65.8 million in 2014, while its revenues went up 32% to HRK 1.29 billion, shows an unuadited consolidated financial report this construction group released on Wednesday.

The strong growth is a result of the group's restructuring and new contracts.

The group's net profit totalled HRK 27.2 million, following a loss of 32.2 million in 2014.

The group puts emphasis on foreign markets and it will continue optimising fixed costs so as to adjust to conditions of reduced demand on the domestic market and prepare for further activities on foreign markets, Dalekovod Group says.

Dalekovod is active on the markets of Norway, Finland, Ukraine, Kosovo, Poland, Slovenia, Montenegro, Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The joint stock company Dalekovod, which is part of the group, accounts for the largest part of the 2015 revenue, totalling HRK 1.01 billion or 43% more than in 2014. Its net profit totalled HRK 42.42 million, 19% up from 2014.
