Hauptfeld was named the winner in the "Inspiring Businesswoman of the Year" category while Planinic won in the "Micro Businesswoman of the Year" category at a ceremony held this past Thursday.

Hauptfeld owns a fleet of tourist boats while Planinic was the first person in Croatia to start a business for grave maintenance four years ago, when she lost her job.
