Pula Airport unveils its master plan

Earlier this week Pula Airport presented its master plan for 2014-2039, including guidelines for the development of the airport's infrastructure and entire business.

The emphasis is on arriving international regular and charter flights, passengers from cruise flights and an increase in in low-tariff flights.

The number of passengers using the airport is projected at 1.5 million in 2040.

The 1.1 million-kuna master plan has been elaborated by a syndicate of bidders: the Zagreb-based IGH company and Airport Consulting Vienna.
