105-year-old Afghan woman arrives in Opatovac

Refugees and migrants are continuing to arrive in the reception centre at Opatovac, eastern Croatia, including a 105-year-old lady from Afghanistan, Vukovar-Srijem County Police Chief Domagoj Dzigumovic confirmed on Tuesday.

According to Dzigumovic the 105-year-old lady arrived around midday with a group of refugees and migrants that entered Croatia from Serbia.

At 1300 hours there were approximately 700 people at the reception centre who will be transported to the Slovenian border by train later today.
