Croatian PM to attend EBRD investment forum in London Monday

Croatian Prime Minister Tihomir Oreskovic will attend in London on Monday a Western Balkans investment summit organised by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

The meeting will bring together premiers, ministers, politicians and leading businessmen from Croatia's southeastern neighbourhood.

Before the summit, Oreskovic will hold talks with British Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond and Trade and Investment Minister Francis Maude. During the summit, he will meet with Bosnian PM Denis Zvizdic, EBRD President Suma Chakrabarti and First Vice President Philip Bennett.

The summit is aimed at highlighting the possibilities of investing and doing business in Southeast Europe, promoting foreign direct investments and cross-border projects.

This is the second such summit organised by the EBRD. The first was held in February 2014.
