Istrian Democratic Party (IDS) leader Boris Miletic said on Monday after a new round of consultations with President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic that the IDS continued supporting the Social Democratic Party (SDP)-led coalition and SDP chief Zoran Milanovic, while elected member of parliament Drago Prgomet and Milan Bandic, whose party won two seats in the 151-seat parliament, did not explicitly express their respective positions.
After the consultations, Miletic told the press that he had informed the President that the three IDS deputies would support the SDP-led coalition.
Drago Prgomet of the Hrid party said that it was utopian from the Bridge party to believe in a possibility of forming a tripartite government of Bridge, the SDP coalition and the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ)-led Patriotic Coalition.
The consultations in the Office of the President are to continue in the afternoon.
