Minister confident result of arbitration about INA will be favourable for Croatia

Economy Minister Tomislav Panenic of the Bridge party said on Sunday evening that the arbitration before the The Secretariat of the U.N. Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) between Croatia and the Hungarian oil company MOL regarding management rights in the Croatian OIL company INA "was the national interest that everyone must stand behind", expressing confidence the result of the arbitration would be favourable for Croatia.

Panenic told Nova TV commercial television that the arbitration was launched for justified reasons -- for the sale of management rights, the harmful sale of the gas business, adding that Croatia suffered damage in both cases.

He underscored that all those doubting the arbitration and publicly saying that were causing harm to Croatia and they need to assume responsibility for their actions. This is a national interest and we all must stand behind it, he added.
