EU President Tusk to present proposal on British reforms Tuesday

EU President Donald Tusk says there has been enough progress in reform negotiations with Britain for him to table his proposal in response to London's demands on Tuesday.

"Tomorrow around noon (1100 GMT) I will table proposal for a new settlement" aimed at keeping Britain in the EU, Tusk writes on Twitter.

The EU president adds that there has been "good progress [in the] last 24 hours but [there are] still outstanding issues."
