Norwegian mass murderer makes Nazi-style salute in court

The Norwegian right-wing extremist who killed 77 people in twin bombing and shooting attacks in 2011 makes a defiant Nazi-style salute before taking his seat in court.

Anders Behring Breivik, dressed in a suit and with a shaved head, makes the salute with his right arm as soon as his handcuffs are removed.

He has sued the Norwegian state and prison authorities over restrictions he faces while serving his 21-year sentence for the attacks.
