A helicopter carrying 13 Turkish military personnel arrived late Saturday in the Greek port of Alexandroupolis, broadcaster Skai shows.

The group is to retrieve the Black Hawk helicopter used by eight Turkish military members to flee to Greece in order to seek political asylum.

When and if the eight apparent putsch members will be returned to Turkey remains unclear, as an asylum review process could take up to 20 days.
