Food and beverages fair opens in Pula

The food and beverages fair "Histria" began in the coastal city of Pula bringing together 114 exhibitors from Croatia, Slovenia and Macedonia.

During the event, which runs through Sunday, a forum about family-run guesthouses will be held on Saturday.

Some of unusual products offered at the fair are olive marmalade, pate made of prosciutto, chocolate truffle, chokeberry cake, pralines dandelion, cosmetic products etc.
