At least 11 killed in twin blasts in Iraq

At least 11 people have been killed and 13 injured in two bombings in a mostly Shiite town in southern Iraq, a security official says.

A car bomb and an explosive device went off in the town of Samawa, some 300 kilometres south of the capital Baghdad, the head of the local security committee Ahmed Manfi says.
