Number of Dallas gunshot victims rises to 12 officers, two civilians

The number of people shot in the Dallas, Texas, attack has risen to 14, according to the Dallas Morning-News.

The figure includes 12 police officers and two civilians. Those figures include five dead officers, as previously reported.

Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings also tells broadcaster CNN that a gunman who engaged in an hours-long stand-off at a parking garage near the site of the attacks is dead.
