Police in Dallas find no suspicious person in search

Police in Dallas say they found no suspicious person in a search of a parking garage near their headquarters in the Texas city.

The department says on Twitter that as a precautionary measure, search dogs would conduct a secondary search.

The headquarters was placed on lockdown earlier while the search for the suspicious person was conducted.

Special forces were activated, and security in the area was increased, CNN reported. No shots were fired.
