Turkish accusations that the Syrian Kurdish YPG militia is linked to Wednesday's deadly bomb attack in Ankara are an attempt at escalation, says Syrian Kurdish leader Salih Muslim.
"We totally reject these accusations. We have no link with what is happening inside Turkey," Muslim, leader of the Democratic Union Party, which is close to the YPG, tells dpa by telephone.
"These accusations are part of the Turkish escalatory policies against the Kurdish parties," Muslim charges, adding: "We have seen in the past few days how the Turkish military are shelling Kurdish areas inside Syria."
