Turkey shells Syrian Kurds across border

The Turkish military has shelled areas recently captured by Syrian Kurdish forces north of Aleppo, a monitoring group says.

The shelling targeted the Minagh area, seized from rebels on Thursday by the Kurdish People's Protection Units (YPG) and Arab allies, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights says.

The Hawar news agency, which is close to the YPG, says there is no information yet about casualties.
